Carol is a native of Dayton, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from St. Leo University in St. Leo, Florida.
Her professional background includes; former Licensed Social Worker, former Grade School Teacher, Aide to former Congressman Tony P. Hall, Aide to former Ohio State Senator Fred Strahorn, a Congressional Liaison Representative at the United States Air Force Academy – Pentagon, Washington, DC, and Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, Montgomery County, Ohio.
She is a veteran of the United States Air Force and being president at Prewitt Consulting LLC (a firm specializing in civility training, etiquette, and business protocol).
