For over 32 years, Ken Walker has been a noteworthy leader in the Software Development and Data Management industry spaces. You may know him from his work as CTO (Chief Technology Officer) at Kremson Digital, but Ken can also be credited with contributions to several organizations across Commercial, DoD (Department of Defense), Non-Profit/Not-for-Profit and non-DoD Government business sectors.
Ken has also received numerous commendations and acknowledgments for his contributions to software and data/database engineering efforts and initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Electrical Engineering Technology) degree from the University of Dayton. Along with his completion of the engineering curriculum, Ken also completed military training via the university’s ROTC program where he was subsequently commissioned as a U.S. Army officer. Another key achievement in Ken’s collegiate career is his initiation (Spring 1986) into the Iota Mu chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. where he continues as a proud alumni member.
Professionally, Ken has achieved certification as an Oracle Certified Professional and DoD Systems Security Evaluator. In addition to his military and industry accomplishments. Currently, Ken serves as a
Senior Technical Architect at Torch.AI, a leader in software-driven innovation and value discovery using leading edge tools/technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language
processing. Torch provides software products and services that support organizations solve some of their most important and complex challenges via data-centric solutions. Ken plays a major role
in product development, delivery, and support of Torch’s industry partners and clients. Through his commitment to this role, he has helped Torch become one of the most trusted and respected platforms
for data management and services.
Before his current role at Torch, Ken worked as a consultant/subject matter expert in various software, systems, and data engineering disciplines for various commercial and government clients through his
company, HarmOnyx, LLC in addition to serving as CTO of Kremson Digital, LLC.
Personally, Ken is the father of three daughters and proudly enjoys supporting them in their various paths of accomplishment and achievement. He currently resides in Baltimore/Washington metro area
but loves to travel to interesting places/spaces, especially in the discovery of beaches and other water related attractions.
